Ordering Info

Postage

UK is free. Orders will be sent by first class post. Orders in excess of £60 will be sent by Special Delivery which will require a signature.

Overseas customers wishing to order should please contact me before ordering to discuss the cost involved.

I aim to post orders on the same day or first thing the following morning. Please note that larger orders posted on a Friday will be guaranteed for delivery on Monday, not Saturday.

For first class post, please allow 28 days for delivery, but please do contact me if items have not arrived within 7 days of a posting notification, so I am aware of any issues with delivery.

Whilst there are ongoing postal strikes, if this causes any further delays, for example with time before posting, I will contact you to inform you of how the situation is being dealt with.

Privacy Policy

Your financial details will not be stored.  Any written record of your financial details will be shredded before disposal.  None of your information will ever be shared with third parties.

Returns

I hope that you will be delighted with your purchases. If, however, for any reason this is not the case please contact me within 14 days with your concerns and return your goods (via registered mail) within 21 days of receipt. Once I receive the returned goods in their original state I will arrange to refund your payment. 

My items are always well packaged. However in the unlikely event that goods have been damaged in transit please return them and let me know if you would prefer a replacement or refund.

Jewellery

Items of jewellery will be guaranteed for three months from the date of purchase. If a repair is needed within this time please email me and then return the item by registered mail. A repair or replacement will be provided free of charge. Any repairs needed after three months will be done for a small charge plus postage. I will advise you of the charge before the repair is undertaken. 

Please note that for legal reasons earrings can not be resold. If you do wish to return earrings a charge of £2 will be deducted from any refund.

Clothing

Clothing is ordered on a commission basis. If you are unhappy with the item, please contact me and we will attempt to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.

Commissions

Commissions once ordered are a commitment to buy and non-refundable. The only exceptions are if the item is faulty or if it can be resold within a 3 month period.
